How do I opt out of the WhizGirls.com Newsletter?
If you're in the process of signing up for a WhizGirls.com account and do not want to receive our newsletter, check or uncheck the option for "Yes! Sign me up for the WhizGirls.com newsletter", depending on your preference.

If you already created a WhizGirls.com account and would like to modify your newsletter settings, please do so from your User Profile page.
Log in to WhizGirls.com > Click your Username Link in the upper left corner of the page ("Welcome, Username!")
From this page, you will be able to modify your account information, including newsletter preferences.

 

How do I delete my WhizGirls.com account?
We're sorry to see you go! If you're absolutely sure you want to delete your WhizGirls.com account, you can do so from your User Profile page. Please note, once you delete your account, it's gone forever. Though Whiz Girls have special talents, for security purposes, we cannot bring your account back. So before you delete your account, be absolutely positive you want to do so!

 

Sign-up says my Parent's Email is already in use, my sibling already signed up, what do I do?
For security purposes, we only allow automatic creation of account with unique Parent's Email Addresses. If you, your sister, your brother, your mom, your dad, your dog, or your kitty already created an account with your parent's email, you won't be able to automatically create a new one with our Sign-Up form. Does your parent have two email addresses? Try the second one. If your parent only has one email address, or doesn't want to share a second one with us, please email us directly with your request, and we'll set your account up for you!
